As an impartial consultant, coordinate the bidding process of securing competitive
bids in all areas of your Landscape and Construction Project by first preparing
a Request for Quote (RFQ). Determining budget requirements and if necessary,
division of projects into stages.
Installer Review and Selection
We will see that all quotes are from primary installers or contractors; who are
insured and meet all specified qualifications. We will make recommendations
in choosing one contractor over another and give professional, sound advice.
Installation Planning & Management
We will manage the whole implementation and installation process to see that
a proper sequence of events and budgets are followed. During the management
stages of each job, we will be there to represent the homeowner or business owner
and see that the contractor is following proper work ethics and does not deviate
from specifications within the drawings or design. |
